I actually dont stop in Exmouth but a campsite called Forest Glade in Cullompton, very nice it is too. I used to stop at Castle Break in Woodbury a long time ago but moved to Forest Glade as it had a swimming pool. Its only about 35 mins to Exmouth and is just off the M5 so fairly handy for trips off etc. I shall be in Exmouth lots though and only 3 hours to departure time. Dont you find sometimes that work is an inconvenience and gets in the way of more important things like wanting to set off on holiday :)

Hi Shazza

Say 'Hello' to the Sea for me, Have a wonderful time, and not too much Clotted Cream. It is suppose to be getting warmer again in the next few days.
I still have 3 weeks to wait......counting the days.

Hello All. Its great down here. Been to the sea for you Terri. Had a lovely meal on the balcony of the Grove tonight, what a view. Hitting Exmouth tomorrow to get the all important lotto rollover ticket on, then a game of Arnie Palmer, in afternoon going to Budleigh to walk up the otter to Otterton. Anyone been on the Dartmoor railway? Did it today, although the train journey to Meldon Quarry is only 10 minutes you can get lunch at the station where there is a decked area to sit looking at the view, very nice it was. And Terri can you believe I am stopping in tonight to watch Big Bruv!! Still it is double eviction night !

Hello Shazza

If you like steam train rides , Try the Buckfast to topsham ride it runs along the river.

Enjoy yourself

Had to go to Brighton today, and then we drove to Littlehampton. Have not been there for years, changed a little, had a paddle, but you can not beat Exmouth, with its fresh sea air. But they have spoilt Littlehampton a bit by building a block of luxury appartments in the middle of the big grassed carpark there.
Shazza I hope you are having a great time, and going to watch BB on Tuesday? Noted all these Railway Journeys down, so will try a couple when we come down.

Great idea that, did it when I was down a few months ago apart from the car park bit, that's a good idea too. Haven't parked in there for ages. B)

Hi Terri, yes I am having a fab time but I find it a real struggle as my time to go home gets nearer, I could really stay here and yes I caught BB last night, glad I did as it was good to see who was going into the secret house. I shall try and tune in on Friday.

I cant do Fish and Chips down here, in Yorkshire we eat Haddock with no skin and no bones, they are great, I just cant even face trying Fish anywhere else.

Hi Shazza
I missed BB, but my daughter filled me in what happened. I think Nikki or Leah will go back in? I eat Rock, and I have only found it in one fish and chip shop in Exmouth.
I hope your last few days are great.
